ab98 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ab98 ("ab98", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ab98 online gaming platform available at ab98.club, including all associated services, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and account facilities (collectively, the "Services").

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ab98 account at any time. If ab98 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — ab98 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings obtained through such accounts, and take further action in accordance with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

ab98 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any fees levied by a player's bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on ab98 are the sole responsibility of the player.

All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ab98 promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet all applicable eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

ab98 expressly reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts or bonus-derived winnings that were awarded in error or as a result of a system malfunction. Players who have knowingly exploited such errors will be subject to account action in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

The use of ab98's betting and gaming Services — including cricket betting, PSL markets, live casino, slots, Go Rush, Color Game, and all other game types — is subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type as published within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets placed on ab98 are final once confirmed. ab98 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where expressly provided for by applicable game rules (e.g., in-play bet cancellation windows where offered).

• Using the ab98 platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from ab98, including operating a syndicate or betting service using an ab98 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory towards ab98 staff or other players through any ab98 communication channel.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the ab98 platform — including but not limited to the ab98 brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, software, source code, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of ab98 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ab98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any ab98 content without prior written consent.

Without limiting the foregoing, ab98 expressly excludes liability for:
